Annabelle has easily paid her way in prize money at the open show level. |
Annabelle started in halter classes as a weanling and has rarely placed less than first at an open show. As a three year old she did not fair quite as well as she is actually performance bred and went through a growth spurt that left her a little leaner - which we like! Her sister Bea frequently placed over her in 2009 as Bea turned 4 and has grew out of that 3 year old gangly stage. Annabelle has been started under saddle but only has about 6 rides to date due to time constraints. She was no problem to start and seems to enjoy the novelty of new experiences. She has also been ground driven and has had exposure to in-hand trail. Annabelle is only for sale to a show home. She has the bloodlines and talent to be a champion, and if we sell her, we would prefer that she go to someone who will give her the chance to prove her greatness. |

Horse booth at Spruce Meadows. We took
wonderful ambassadors for the paint breed
both in the pen and out on the grounds. It did
tire them out though, and they were relaxed
enough to lay down for a snooze with
everything still going on around them.
